“Taking place in cities throughout the country each year, City Chase is a one-day Amazing Race-style event in which teams of two run around their metropolis of choice, completing challenges designed to push them beyond their "comfort zone." Challenges range from the physical to the mental, and are as likely to include zip-lining and strip bowling as bug eating or unicycling. Fortunately, you get to select which of these "chase points" you actually complete, so you won't find yourself doing anything you'd be totally opposed to. Still, the point here is really to just let go and compete for the thrill of it, so reservations are best left at home. We took part ourselves last year, and we're looking forward to doing it again. Plus, if you actually come out ahead, there are serious prizes at stake.”
