This exhibition of works from the Met’s permanent collection, on view through February 13, explores themes of dislocation and displacement in contemporary photography since 1960. The exhibition includes works by Vito Acconci, Ed Ruscha, Richard Long, On Kawara, Thomas Struth and Rineke Dijkstra. This talk will be given by Marian Cohen of the Met. Meet at the entrance to The Joyce and Robert Menschel Hall for Modern Photography on the 2nd floor at 11 a.m.
