“Six nude female performers perform dance routines and wordlessly express themselves in Young Jean Lee's Untitled Feminist Show. Thankfully, Lee always remembers that an audience must first be genuinely entertained, even in an experimental piece. Lee chose stars of the downtown burlesque and cabaret world for her cast such as the World Famous *BOB* and, most notably, Lady Rizo, a fearless performer who doesn't need to speak to make a room laugh at her subversive humor. Lee and her cast create a space in which identity and gender are fluid and the female form can be a template for anybody.”
