- Think you can't get a real punk show in Manhattan anymore? You can, and in Tribeca of all places. Last night's Knitting Factory crowd stood in relative calm to soak in every detail of Parts & Labor's anthemic noise-punk. But when An Albatross appeared, all bets were off and chaos reigned on and off the stage. By the time the set ended (prematurely, due to frontman Edward B. Gieda III's predilection for swinging from the ceiling pipes), the respite was almost welcome. Almost. Props to MyOpenBar.com for putting this together (and for buying our first round of drinks, of course). flavorpill.com/newyork/events/2007/12/20/panache-booking-...
