- Galapagos was hopping Friday night, as the Bunker provided Brooklyn with its weekly dose of techno nerdery. Resident DJ Derek Plaslaiko shared the limelight with Sub Static label heads Falko Brocksieper and MIA (not to be confused with Sri Lankan rap princess M.I.A.). When we say they kept the floor packed until the wee morning hours, we're not kidding — the club stayed open an extra half hour waiting for Brocksieper to finally grind to a magnificent halt.
