Burlesque and variety-show fans know this is the place to be for some of the sauciest performances in the city. With ten years under their belt, the folks at the Slipper Room take the art forms seriously, so expect to be as impressed as you are titillated. It doesn't stop there either: the stage also plays host to music, comedy, readings, and other exotic events.

After 10 years in this Lower East Side location, the Slipper Room is New York's True Home Of Burlesque. Nightly shows of all varieties and of coarse extreme burlesque!

Coming over to NYC from Edinburgh and been recommended going to the slipper room. Will be hear from 17 - 23 March, are there any gigs on at the venue during this time? Thanks, Debs
