MARILYN The Lost Photographs of a Hollywood StarSUMO Gallery
37 Walker St, New York, NY
See the starlet in a way you've likely never seen her before at this very special exhibit. MARILYN: The Lost Photographs of a Hollywood Star is a traveling show which features newly discovered images snapped by five photographers who happened to be in the right place, at the right time. Comprised of work by Milton Greene, Lani Carlson, Thomas "Doc" Kaminski, Mischa Pelz and her personal make-up artist Allan "Whitey" Snyder, the exhibit finds Monroe visiting Niagara Falls, snuggling up with a horse, hanging out with some black bears, and fooling around on the 20th Century-Fox backlot.
