Little Women meets Girls in this brilliant mash-up from writer Chiara Atik. Originally conceived for #serials at the Flea Theater, a series that finds writers creating a short piece in a week for a given group of actors, Women takes Louisa May Alcott’s characters and gives them a contemporary voice. Perhaps you never thought about if before, but Atik demonstrates that the similarities between Jo March and Hannah Horvath are uncanny. Generating non-stop laughs, this show, which is composed of a series of vignettes from Alcott’s book, is a treat from start to finish.
