San Francisco's steep streets are justifiably famous, but what about the cars that drive up and down them? The 50th Annual San Francisco International Auto Show fills the Moscone Center's north and south halls, Gateway Ballroom, and lobby areas with more than 800 vehicles from more than 40 auto manufacturers. Like most auto shows, this one — the second-largest such attraction in the western United States — offers a healthy mix of classics, race cars, and prototypes. In the interest of looking forward, there's also a special display devoted to hydrogen-electric hybrids.
