Debbie Fleming Caffery and Larry Schwarm's photographs of ravaged homes in Louisiana and Kansas, respectively, straddle the line between fine art and photojournalism. Simultaneously harrowing and eerily beautiful, the images document the irreparable damage while betraying their authors' shared eye for formal arrangement — even amidst such destruction.
