Film The Living End (1992)

The Living End, Gregg Araki's queering of Bonnie and Clyde, was an impassioned and at times puerile middle finger to the coddling AIDS dramas and romances that constituted gay media representation at the time. Hustler Luke and Morrissey-loving film critic Jon are HIV positive, but more to the point, they're sick of a world that would just well see them dead. Although as much posturing occurs onscreen as killing, Araki's film stands as a significant refusal of all that came before.
