SF-based music-discovery-and-news site Better Propaganda rings in its fourth anniversary with an eclectic and inspired lineup that draws on some of the area's most groundbreaking and genre-bending talent. Anchored by Lemonade's darkly electric global synth-pop, the night also includes grimy, woozy dubstep from solo knob-twiddler Ghosts on Tape, and a set by Official Tourist, whose crunchy, bleeping, multilingual rhyme styles earned them a spot on MIA's tour and Spank Rock's speed dial. Western Addition Radio DJ extraordinaire Ryan Poulson (Gun Club) and Hold Yr Horses' Rchrd Oh?! provide a hot mess you can dance to between sets.
