Come and support Artists’ Television Access, a bastion of Bay Area independent arts, during their annual Film & Video festival. Opening night features Craig Baldwin's latest conspiratorial montage, Mock Up on Mu, a supercharged California history featuring the ghosts of Jet Propulsion Laboratory founder Jack Parsons and Scientology sage L. Ron Hubbard. Besides making films of his own, Baldwin stewards Other Cinema, a freewheeling, politically active film series that avails itself of ATA’s unrestrictive forum. The remaining two evenings of the festival are thick with experimental shorts and media mashups from around the globe.
