Beyond the perfectly coiffed Martini & Rossi damsels, vintage posters offer a whole host of tantalizing imagery, from the dark geometry of the Russian constructivists to the bold colors of French wartime propaganda. This annual event is the only one of its kind, and it features over 100 years' worth of advertisements from around the world, as well as a special exhibit devoted to all things politically incorrect in the history of American politics. While you might experience sticker shock (posters typically go for between $200 and $50,000), the chance to glimpse these rare paper gems is worth the visit.
