It's time to take those dust-caked fur pants and fairy wings you sported during Burning Man to the dry cleaners. You'll need them when LoveFest — that mothership of electronic dance music and "love thy PVC-clad neighbor" vibes — descends on San Francisco. In addition to club events around the city where you can get down to the likes of Doc Martin, Spank Rock DJs, and DJ Mehdi, daytime fun and dancing can be found at today's parade, which comes second only to LGBT Pride in terms of gyrating, glitter-kissed skin. Floats from your favorite local house and techno establishments provide the soundtrack; just make sure you save some energy for the official afterparty, where Green Velvet and Armin van Buuren take you higher.
