Art Jeronimo Roldan and Amanda Curreri: You ROYGBIV Me

Tartine Bakery is usually known for its pastry-mad crowds and the sweet smell of butter floating down 18th Street, but recently, under curator Brianna Toth, it's also become a prime art venue. New exhibition You ROYGBIV Me is a collaborative effort between CCA alumni Jeronimo Roldan and Amanda Curreri, who use digital prints, encaustic panels, and a mirrored sculpture to playfully shape the Tartine space. The installation shifts color and intensity depending on the viewer's position. (If nothing else, it makes the checkout line much, much more interesting.) Local noise duo Pebble and Bam Bam help inaugurate the show at the opening reception.
