Expect winsome pop melodies and a whole lot of flashbulbs when folk whiz M. Ward and indie cover-girl Zooey Deschanel close out Noise Pop with their first headlining appearance. After collaborating on a one-off Richard and Linda Thompson cover for the soundtrack of the film The Go-Getter, the pair are now set to release a full-length album under the name She & Him. The bill also features Adam Stephens, who makes a rare appearance away from his usual gig with Two Gallants, as well as Emily Jane White, a local chanteuse who sounds like a young Chan Marshall on her debut, Dark Undercoat.
