Of the dozens of political documentaries tackling the Iraq War, Charles Ferguson's No End in Sight stands out for the sheer depth of its investigation. The film patiently demonstrates the systematic arrogance and incompetence that plagued the first months of occupation, and diligently attends to matters large (disbanding the Republican National Guard without consulting American officers) and small (not providing the Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance with basic office supplies).
