As a singer, guitarist, and harmonica player in the Swedish indie-pop group Peter, Bjorn & John, Peter Morén helped propel the trio to club fame with the ubiquitous, whistle-led dance anthem "Young Folks." As a solo artist, Morén takes a decidedly lower-key approach, focusing on delicate guitar melodies, the occasional drum-machine beat, and his own plaintive, soaring voice to craft the songs on his solo debut, The Last Tycoon. Tonight's lineup also includes Peter's countryman, Tobias Froberg, who brings his jangly folk pop to the Swedish American Hall's stage.
