The Reggae Scrapbook is a love letter from two eternal fanboys to Jamaica's best-known export. Drawing from their memories, publications, and archives, award-winning photographer Peter Simon and seasoned journalist and radio host Roger Steffens have culled anecdotes and images of some of reggae's brightest stars — Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Lee "Scratch" Perry — from a time when the global appeal of the music had only recently been established. Simon and Steffens are on hand tonight to discuss reggae's personal impact on them and provide the background stories for many of the images on display.
