Art Artfest: 3rd & Fairfax

Art galleries often cluster around established economic and cultural niches, leaving swaths of artists and tinkerers out in the cold. Bucking the trend, grassroots organization Arts 94124 kicks off its tribute to Bayview-Hunters Point with a block party featuring food, music, crafts, and, most importantly, the work of 100 artists local to the district.
