Music: Experimental Panambient Brunch

From the unholy racket of movable feast Godwaffle Noise Pancakes to the top-40 house remixes that blast diners at Lime, many SF brunch spots serve up gratis music on the side. Now, the drone-heads in the Konspiracy Group have teamed up with raw-food mavens Cafe Gratitude to create what may be SF's most soporific dining experience: the Panambient Brunch. Spacetime Continuum and Kim Cascone's electronic plateaus might not be the first sounds that come to mind when sampling Gratitude's positive-affirmation fare — taco salad is called "I Am Festive" — but at least the hum of conversation doesn't have to compete with the background noise. Indeed, the two might be indistinguishable.
