Rock the Bells brings together the best of the old-school and classic rappers: De la Soul, A Tribe Called Quest, Rakim, Nas, and the reunited Pharcyde have all issued albums as important as Public Enemy's seminal It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back.
