Recorded in a New Orleans kitchen, Swedish singer Theresa Andersson's latest album, Hummingbird, Go!, incorporates everything from the tapping of soda bottles to the rhythmic wonder of homemade water vases. Produced by Tobias Froberg and mixed by Linus Larsson (Peter, Bjorn and John), the collection marries Andersson's breathy vocals with organic acoustics (other background sounds include locusts buzzing in the artist's backyard). Fellow Swede Ane Brun and legendary New Orleans producer Allen Toussaint also appear. Paving the way for a sleeper hit, her everything-but-the-kitchen-sink video for "Na Na Na" has already garnered a million-plus views on YouTube, so best catch her while you can.
