Get ready to lose your innocence all over again as MiDNiTES for MANiACs mastermind Jesse Hawthorne Ficks takes you to childhood's end and back. This triple feature starts off with the obscure Disney young-adult horror flick The Watcher in the Woods (1980), which features Bette Davis in one of her final starring roles. Next up is Rob Reiner's classic tearjerker Stand By Me (1986), made all the more heartbreaking by a young River Phoenix. Closing things out on a grimier note is the grind-house child-abduction rarity The Candy Snatchers (1973).
