A support group of sorts for those whose cringe-worthy pubescences were meticulously recorded in journals and notes, Mortified lives up to its name with a two-night run at the Make-Out Room. This special Halloween edition features reflections on being the only female member of the boy's water polo team, tragic poetry inspired by the Cure, and an account of one then-closeted homosexual's greatest dream/nightmare: when Liza Minnelli is your mother's boss. Also on the bill are two lost "classics" of amateur horror cinema made by a 10 year old, Maniac and Maniac 2. You'll laugh, you'll cry. But mostly, you'll cringe.
