Hendrik Hertzberg is the top dog political commentator for The New Yorker. He frequently writes the opening comment in the "Talk of the Town" section of the magazine. He is the author of Politics: Observations and Arguments and ¡OBÁMANOS!: The Rise of a New Political Era. His new book begins before the meteoric rise of Barack Obama, and explains how the most exciting, intense, and historical campaign in memory has come to define the current political climate. Hertzberg will be in conversation with Rachael Myrow, reporter and morning host for KQED's California Report.
