You can't pack in much more talent than the organizers of Pop-Up Magazine have for this night of live, short-format pieces, including films, radio plays, talks, readings, and interviews. The impressive roster includes writer and food activist Michael Pollan, Waiting for Daisy author Peggy Orenstein, Oscar-winning documentarian Alex Gibney, longtime NPR fixtures Davia Nelson and Nikki Silva (aka the Kitchen Sisters, Z.Z. Packer, world-renowned photographer Todd Hido, local music critic Jennifer Maerz, and a dozen other noted contributors to forums such as The New Yorker, Wired, This American Life, The Atlantic Monthly, and Harper's.
