The Great American Music Hall invites you to celebrate the release of Tight Knit, the fourth full-length from country-tinged folk outfit Vetiver — the musical vehicle for halcyon-voiced singer/songwriter and sole constant member Andy Cabic. The best of Cabic's latest material branches out from the overtly folkie arrangements of his earlier work; incorporating previously alien elements, he employs a groove evoking '60s jam bands from his SF home, along with a retro drum-machine sound that's used to surprisingly good effect.
