For 13 years, Piss Clear has been a beacon of truth, reason, and sound journalistic practice in Black Rock City. OK, so those claims may be debatable, but the venerable "Vice magazine of Burning Man" has without fail provided Black Rock's temporary residents with a healthy dose of sarcasm, not-so-gentle mockery, and much-needed wit. Now collected into one handsome volume, Burning Man Live: 13 Years of Piss Clear, Black Rock City's Alternative Newspaper, by Re-Search publications, Piss Clear is finally coming out of the desert — and PC editor Adrian Roberts (aka DJ Adrian of Bootie fame) is celebrating. With Roberts and his Playa DJ pals promising to spin "everything but clichéd BM trance and techno," and a gaggle of unsavory hosts including NAMBLA the Clown, tonight's party welcomes die-hard burners and skeptics alike.
