Everyone needs more men in their life — especially if they happen to include dapper calendar girl and former Le Tigre member J.D. Samson. Along with fellow dudes Michael O'Neill and Ginger Brooks Takahashi (with contributions from Johanna Fateman and Emily Roysdon), Samson has been setting dance floors on fire as MEN. Marrying sampled disco breaks to new wave-y guitars and squiggly synths, MEN deliver an instant party in every song. Getting tonight's crowd into the dancing mood are locals Tussle — whose beats fall on the dubbier end of the spectrum — and garage rockers Younger Lovers, fronted by notorious former Gravy Train!!! member Brontez.
