These days, electronic producers pull off on-stage wonders using little more than a laptop and MIDI controller. But for British downtempo maestro Bonobo (aka Simon Green) the old adage of less is more hardly applies to his live setup. Green's assembled quite a stage show for his current tour, including his own live bass, and a full band featuring a three-piece string section. The multi-layered, jazz-leaning material from Bonobo's last LP, Days to Come, should shine with this organic treatment.
