Foodies, prepare yourselves: the Chefs. Food. Wine. festival is three delicious days of culinary paradise. Thursday night kicks things off with a Rising Star Reception featuring handcrafted cocktails and appetizers from local talent, followed by a star-studded dinner with chefs from E & O Trading Co. and The Slanted Door, plus the ever-amiable Martin Yan. Gourmands will delight in the weekend's impressive roster of seminars, with choices as diverse as Sommelier Secrets and History of the Cocktail in SF to Diner School and an informative Meat and Greet for curious carnivores. Other highlights include Friday's Harry Denton-hosted Out in the Fog party, Saturday's barbecue in Union Square, and Sunday's Grand Tasting.
