For one day only, the annual Expo for Independent Arts turns Golden Gate Park into a veritable canvas for grassroots culture and creativity. This year's exhibition theme is "Art Works When Artists Work," and it promises to be the biggest Expo to date. With a long list of exhibitors – from Rock, Paper, Scissors and Intersection for the Arts to KUSF and 924 Gilman – and live large-scale mural painting, the Expo is an interactive show-and-tell for artists of all disciplines.
