Forget Bryant Park. For fashion, Mint Plaza is where it's at. Over 70 Bay Area designers are transforming the recently renovated public space into an unlikely runway, as part of Summerland, a celebration of local creativity. In addition to the ongoing fashion show, local visual artists will be painting live, and auditory stimulation will be provided by a bevy of bands (Lilofee, Hot Challenge, Leopold and his Fiction, and more) and DJs. To complete your multi-sensory experience, nibble on goodies from Chez Papa Resto, 54 Mint, Mission Minis, and more, and sip tempting libations from the Station House Bar.
