Slow Food is staging eat-ins across the country to help draw attention to the lack of healthy and affordable lunch options in American schools. The San Francisco chapter, in particular, is focusing on the re-authorization of the Child Nutrition Act, which would increase nutritional standards for school lunches. So bring your healthiest, tastiest potluck item and feast for a good cause. You can always hit up your friend's backyard kegger later in the day.
