Van Dyke Parks can pretty much do as he pleases. The composer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist has worked with everyone from U2 to Joanna Newsom, and the influence of his intricately embroidered solo albums from the '60s and '70s, which incorporated styles as diverse as ragtime jazz and funk, can be heard on recent albums by Jim O'Rourke and the Decemberists. Tonight, Parks plays an intimate set, with support from Clare and the Reasons and Josh Mease.
