Noise Pop 18 has teamed up with the California Academy of Science's popular Thursday night Nightlife party to kick off this year's festival with an evening of live music and dirty dancing. Instrumental rock group Brookhaven will have you in a trance with their soaring melodies and intricate compositions, while the catchy synth-pop of the Frail will get your feet moving. All the better, as DJs Sleazemore and Disco Shawn close out the night with cumbia, booty bass, and electro-filled sets.
