With both an oboe and an upright bass among their arsenal, locals All My Pretty Ones create a wistful, amber-colored musical Americana that is delicate without succumbing to preciousness (and which can rollick when called for). Ukulele, trombone, and mandolin sparkle atop percussion that is as colorful as it is rhythmic, while dashing frontman Derek Schmidt's incisive, brooding lyrics complement the band's nifty sound. Plus, the show's early enough that you can still make the evening's Noise Pop events.
