“Eight-hours of non-stop music: exhilarating or exhausting? If you think exhilarating, this boundary-breaking musical extravaganza is for you. All acts are cutting-edge West Coast musicians, with offerings that range from a fusion of jazz, metal, and Balkan music (Thorny Brocky) to classical meets klezmer-minimalism performed on dual bass clarinets (Sqwonk). Alternatively, there are traditional Turkish instruments (Teslim) or a glockenspiel-harp soundclash (Billygoat). If that sounds exhausting, remember the event welcomes ins-and-outs.”
