In 1953, Swiss doctor Phillipe Woog invented the Broxodent — the first electric toothbrush. It was initially designed to aid the dental routines of sailors on nuclear submarines, but went on to achieve mass-market success. Woog's son Philippe was in charge of Broxodent's quality control, and noticed that some of the returned toothbrushes had been used for masturbatory purposes. Woog Sr. went on to adapt the toothbrush's oscillating mechanism to create the Eroscillator vibrator, launched in 1996. (Tagline: "the science of pleasure.") Today at Good Vibrations, sexologist Carol Queen gets down to the subject of sex toy joy and how to choose the right one for your needs. Get the buzz on the Eroscillator, the Rabbit, the Club Vibe (which pulsates in time to music), the Hitachi Wand, and many more.

Good Vibrations says…

Good Vibrations says:
Not sure why the Rabbit Pearl is still one of the most popular vibes we sell? Want to know which toys you can take into the pool? There are a lot of different vibes out there, but they don't all work the same. Let Good Vibrations Staff Sexologist, Dr. Carol Queen, take you on a vibe tour to help you choose a toy for yourself or for you and your partner. This class is for people curious about what vibe to choose if this is their first time as well as others who may have a nice toy collection but may be in the market for something new.
