Justin Grey is part sculptor, part pyromaniac. He's been fabricating metal for 15 years and his creations have been exhibited at Maker Faire and Burning Man. His "Cyclone" sculpture sends a tornado of fire 20 feet into the air. Grey uses different fuels like propane and methanol to turn the flame orange, blue, green, and yellow. "Darwin" is like R2D2's fiery evil twin. The copper plated droid has four-wheel drive and spews flames from its behind. Tonight, look out for Grey's infernos in the Crucible's makeshift speakeasy, alongside cabaret acrobats and pole dancing hotties. Get into the spirit by dressing up in 1920s garb (flappers and dandies are welcome), and dance the Charleston. Just remember — don't play with matches.

There is limited seating. The show also contains mature content and situations that may not be suitable for young children.

The Crucible says…

The Crucible says:

Slip into a forgotten era when fire prohibition was in full effect and the frigid masses were forced underground to seek Heat. Gather in our speakeasy, where bootleg fire boils the blood and inflames the desires of all who enter. Join us for an evening of drinking, dancing, and illicit fire with seductive performances from the denizens of Heat, a 1920s era fire speakeasy.
