When Alan Palomo started making music under the moniker Neon Indian, he recieved inspiration from a good, old-fashioned acid trip. The resulting song: “I Should Have Taken Acid With You.” His sunny synth-pop has been making a splash in the indie chillwave scene, and tonight he takes the stage as part of the All Shook Down Music Festival. Expect to float away on glowing cassette tape ribbons of retro nostalgia. Lo-fi fanatics freak out!
