The Bay Area bruisers Skinlab return after a three year hiatus, and this time they're in for the kill. Formed in 1994 by singer/bassist Steev Esquivel, former guitarist Mike Roberts and drummer Paul Hopkins, Skinlab quickly made a name for itself in the Bay Area music scene and over the years, Skinlab has shared the stage with Exodus, Napalm Death, In Flames, among others. The band was already in the studio working with producer Juan Urtega at the helm when they inked a record deal in March 2009 with Cleveland, Ohio’s Stand and Deliver Records. Their new record is entitled The Scars Between Us and was released the fall of 2009.
