“The Primitive Screwheads, a cult film-loving theatre troupe, take their name from a snarky one-liner spouted by the fiery character Ash in Army of Darkness (1992). Their love of Sam Raimi's Evil Dead trilogy translated to the stage in 2004 with Evil Dead: Live. During each show, they gave the audience plastic tarps to protect themselves from the gallons of fake blood spraying from the stage. Since then, they've taken on the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) and Peter Jackson's zombie flick Brain-Dead (1992). This time around, the Screwheads go back to their roots with an Evil Dead and Army of Darkness mash-up, starring an all-female cast. Expect chainsaws, dismemberment, scantily-clad ladies, and zombies. And more fake blood.”

ShEvil Dead is an outrageous parody of both Evil Dead movies, as well as Army of Darkness, but featuring an all female cast.
