Join internationally renowned Israeli artist Zadok Ben-David and Museum curator, Dara Solomon, as they discuss the on-going theme of nature that pervades Ben-David’s work. One of the UK & Israel’s best-known artists, Ben-David was born in Yemen in 1949 and immigrated to Israel in the same year. He has had over forty solo exhibitions since 1980 and is the recipient of many prestigious awards. Ben David’s most recent solo show, “Human Nature”, achieved record-breaking attendance at the Tel Aviv Museum. His piece, Blackfield, is on view at the Museum as part of the exhibition, Do Not Destroy: Trees, Art, and Jewish Thought.
