You could call Noise Pop Culture Club a "convention of cool." The day-long series of lectures, demos, and installations is curated by the ultra-hip Noise Pop crew, and draws from the varied flavors of San Francisco that you either know and love, or had no idea about til now. This year's Culture Club includes a "bounce session" with Big Freedia, the queen of New Orleans-born bounce music; a gallery of comic book-inspired album covers; and an insider's guide to local food with the intrepid writers of The Bold Italic.

Noise Pop says…

Noise Pop Culture Club is a new kind of arts and culture event within the Noise Pop experience that celebrates the creative process of visionary artists in the music, film, art, design, technology and food communities. It facilitates the discussion of new ideas and collaborations and simply put is about inspiration and the DIY indie spirit.
