“BookFest Sunday is the main stage of the BookFest 2012 circus. The jam-packed one-day itinerary starts with a keynote by Nicole Krauss, the author of the infinitely delicate, generations-spanning novels A History of Love and Great House. (Note: the keynote requires a separate ticket.) Then, let yourself be moved along on an intellectual river of words as Joyce Carol Oates discusses Saul Bellow, Harold Bloom speaks to "literature as a way of life," and 83-year-old U.S. Poet Laureate Philip Levine reads his love poems to the working class. Bring your battered copy of What Work Is, a wide clear mind, and a hanky.”
This year Bookfest is bigger and better than ever, giving you more chances to rub elbows with today's hottest, most hilarious and revered authors, artists and entertainers.
